3. Pricing & Payments

  • All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR ₹).

  • We accept prepaid payment methods only

  • We reserve the right to cancel orders suspected of fraudulent activity or payment misuse.

4. Orders & Shipping

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been shipped.

  • Delivery timelines provided are estimates and may vary due to logistics, courier delays, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control.

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not liable for delays or delivery failures caused by incorrect or incomplete address details, to the extent permitted by law.

5. Exchange Policy (No Returns / No Refunds)

  • We operate an exchange-only policy.

  • Returns and refunds are not offered, except where required under applicable consumer protection laws.

  • Exchanges may be considered in the following cases:

    • Manufacturing defects

    • Wrong product delivered

    • Damage during transit

    • Approved size exchange (limited to one exchange per order)

  • Exchange requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Clear images and an unedited unboxing video may be requested for verification in cases of damaged or incorrect items.

  • All exchange approvals are subject to inspection and verification and will be handled in a fair and reasonable manner.

6. Sale & Discounted Products

Products purchased during sales, offers, or discounts are not eligible for exchange, except in cases of verified manufacturing defects or incorrect delivery.
