Exchange Policy (No Returns)

At ONLY CRIC FANS, we follow an exchange-only policy. Returns and refunds are generally not offered, except where required under applicable consumer protection laws.

Please review the policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Exchange Eligibility

We accept exchanges only in the following cases:

  • Size issues

  • Wrong product delivered

  • Manufacturing defect

  • Product damaged during transit

All exchange requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.

To request an exchange, please email mail@onlycricfans.com with:

  • Order ID

  • Clear photos showing the issue

  • Reason for exchange

  • Unedited unboxing video (strongly recommended and may be requested for verification in case of damaged or incorrect items)

Requests raised after 48 hours of delivery may not be accepted.

2. No Returns / No Refunds

  • We do not accept product returns

  • We do not offer cash refunds

  • Refunds are not provided except in cases where required under applicable consumer protection laws

Customers are advised to check the size chart, product images, and description carefully before placing an order.

3. Exchange Conditions

To be eligible for an exchange, the product must:

  • Be unused and unwashed

  • Have original tags intact

  • Be returned in original packaging

Products failing to meet these conditions may not be approved for exchange.

4. Exchange Rules

  • Only one exchange per order is permitted

  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability

  • If the requested size or product is unavailable, store credit may be issued

Store Credit Terms:

  • Valid for 30 days from the date of issue

  • Equal to the product value (excluding shipping charges)

5. Sale & Discounted Products

Products purchased during sales, offers, or discounts are not eligible for exchange, except in the following cases:

  • Wrong product delivered

  • Manufacturing defect

  • Product damaged during transit

6. Shipping Costs

  • If the exchange is due to our error (wrong or damaged product), we will bear the shipping cost

  • For size-related exchanges, shipping costs may be borne by the customer

7. Order Cancellation

  • Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order, provided the order has not yet been shipped

  • Once an order is shipped, cancellation is not possible
