At ONLY CRIC FANS, all orders are accepted on a prepaid basis only. Please review this Shipping Policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after successful payment confirmation.

  • Orders are not processed on Sundays or public holidays.

  • During sales, product launches, or peak seasons, processing times may be slightly extended.

2. Shipping & Delivery Timeline

  • Estimated delivery time: 3–7 business days after dispatch.

  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to:

    • Courier partner delays

    • Remote or non-serviceable locations

    • Weather conditions or operational issues

We are not responsible for delivery delays beyond our control, to the extent permitted by law.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges, if applicable, are clearly displayed at checkout before payment.

  • Free shipping offers, if any, are subject to minimum order value and promotional terms.

4. Prepaid Orders Only (No COD)

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available on this store.

  • All orders must be prepaid using the available online payment methods.

  • Orders with failed, incomplete, or reversed payments will not be processed.

5. Address & Delivery Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing:

  • Accurate and complete shipping address

  • Correct pin code

  • Valid mobile number

We are not liable for delivery failures or delays caused by:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address details

  • Customer unavailability at the delivery location

If re-shipping is required, additional shipping charges may apply.

6. Order Tracking

  • Tracking details will be shared via email or SMS once the order is dispatched.

  • Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to reflect courier partner information.

7. Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, missing, or incorrect item:

  • Clear photos of the product and packaging must be provided

  • An unedited unboxing video may be requested for verification

  • Issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery

Claims raised after this period or without reasonable supporting evidence may not be approved.

8. Undelivered / RTO Orders

If an order is returned to us due to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address

  • Customer unavailability

  • Delivery refusal

We reserve the right to:

  • Re-ship the order after payment of additional shipping charges, or

  • Cancel the order without refund, except where required under applicable law

9. Exchange Shipping

  • For approved exchanges due to our error (wrong or damaged product), return shipping will be covered by us.

  • For approved size exchanges, both forward and return shipping charges will be borne by the customer.

10. Policy Acceptance
